SMS/MMS Text Messaging Policy

Evergreen Professional Recoveries, Inc. (“Evergreen,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers optional SMS/MMS text messaging services (“Program”) to provide account-related notifications, such as payment reminders, settlement options, and other debt collection communications. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the terms below.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, either directly to Evergreen, through a creditor, or through another authorized party, you authorize Evergreen, its agents, service providers, employees, and affiliates to send you account-related text messages regarding your account(s).

  1. Message frequency varies by account.
  2. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
  3. If your device does not support MMS, messages may be delivered as SMS.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying to a text with one of the following commands: STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, REMOVE, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

  1. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
  2. Opting out from one phone number will not automatically opt out other numbers associated with your account.

3. Support & Help

  1. You may reply HELP to any text we send to receive Evergreen’s contact information.

4. Your Responsibilities

By opting in, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
  2. You will notify us if your number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer in your possession.
  3. You understand that message delivery is not guaranteed and that wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Eligibility

The Program is intended for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age.

6. Privacy & Security

  1. Evergreen does not sell or share your SMS/MMS consent with third parties.
  2. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at www.everprof.com.
  3. Text messages may display on your device lock screen or notification banners depending on your device settings. You are responsible for managing those settings.

7. Supported Carriers & Delivery

  1. Not all carriers may support our text message program.
  2. Message delivery may be affected by your wireless service. We cannot guarantee receipt of every message.

8. Changes to Policy

We may revise or update this SMS/MMS Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

9. Program Modification or Termination

Evergreen reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

10. FDCPA Disclosure

This is a communication from a debt collector. Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
